PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Monthly maintenance of your Windows-based computer through a remote support connection (requires a working high-speed internet connection). We will monitor and maintain your computer monthly for approximately a half hour scouring your operating system and programs to ensure that there are no major issues "waiting in the wings".  A benchmark will be performed to document the overall performance of your system that can be compared month to month ensuring a smooth, reliable experience day after day.

RELIABILITY
Monitor key functions of your computer's file system including your registry, file and folders, scandisk, defragmentation, performance issues, updates / patches / fixes when available for Windows and your most needed software applications.

SECURITY / BACKUP
Check your system's security including your antivirus/antispyware solutions, firewall, suggest and maintain backup strategies for your personal, irretrievable data and advise and correct any potential privacy issues.

PERFORMANCE
Introduce tested utilities and software to boost performance, privacy, security and ease of use.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Notify you of potential hardware or software upgrades to boost performance and reliability.

TIPS, TRICKS & TUTORIALS

This database will continue to grow and will only be limited by the interests of our customers.

ONLINE ASSISTANCE / DISCUSSIONS
A forum (or bulletin board), will be set up to allow BYTEMEMBERS to ask questions, hold discussions and request information on virtually any computer topic.

Another section will include the ability for our Small Business Customers to Network and advertise their businesses to other BYTEMEMBERS.

CLASSIFIEDS
As well, a Free Classified Section will be enabled for you to sell your old computers, printers, virtually anything to other BYTEMEMBERS looking for your unneeded items. One person's trash is another person's TREASURE! The ByteMaster will be available to review said products and/or deliver/install them as needed (add'l fees may apply).

PHONE SUPPORT
BYTEMEMBERS always have access to free phone support including Top Priority Text and Email Messaging to ask simple questions, request mobile appointments and get basic advice on your PC problems right away. Certain limitations apply.
