I have been a customer of Mike’s for at least 4 years now and really enjoy how friendly and honest he is about my computer. He will tell me what is wrong with it instead of what he “thinks” is wrong with it. I was so frustrated with my computer running so slow that when Mike came over, he saw me cussing up a storm at it, it was driving me crazy. I could click on something and walk away to do the dishes and come back with it finally getting to the page I wanted. My PC was only a few years old, but Mike showed me how it needed to get some maintenance and turn some things off and only activate them when I wanted to use them that made all the difference in the world. I can trust him to give me the truth instead of trying to make a quick buck. He knows what he is talking about. I watched that special recently about PC repair guys at three of the major service providers in the Sacramento area, and how badly they diagnosed the PC problems. We have called the Byte Master twice now in the last 2 months. I was certain I needed a technician to come out but he was able to advise me on a few steps I could take to possibly take care of my problem. He was right both times! LOL, I hope Mike accepts this as a comment/recommendation but I have called him twice now and received free advice both times. I have not had to pay him anything yet! But rest assured Mike, your number is posted on my monitor and we refer our friends to you any chance we get. A very friendly, funny and informed Computer God! | If you're like me, your computer is kaput and you don't know where to turn. You can open a phone book to PC Repair, close your eyes and point. That's basically what I did and boy what I found. The bytemaster was great. Mike was very helpful, patient (I'm not the most computer-savvy individual) and knowledgable. I never felt talked down to or like my questions were irritating, as I've felt with others. This was truly the best PC repair service I've had and will be certain to call up the next time I have a problem. I've told friends and family for those pesky PC problems, call the Bytemaster! | Mike has worked with us for over 3 years. He has diagnosed , treated , improved our system and prevented new problems. We have gained objective and extremely knowledgeable advice on buying a new system. My husband and I are fairly adept at Internet use, email and such, but when it came to spyware, firewalls, installing new hardware, etc., we just call Mike. We have a good deal of money and information wrapped up in our system and having a true professional maintaining the health of our pc is essential to us. We really welcome this new arrangement and feel it is a very economic way to ensure the integrity of one of our most important possessions. Think about it; the cost of putting off fixing a problem can take time and money to resolve, but this program can be the answer. | Mike is a very talented young man. I cannot leave my home and my computer means everything to me. I enjoy Mike's ability to fix my computer correctly and especially quickly. My whole world crumbles when i cannot log onto my PC. Thank you Mike. I also enjoy his company. Mike is full of interesting information and seems to relate to me and i assume his other clientes as if he were a friend of the family. And by now he is. Thanks Mike for keeping my computer alive. | I first met Mike over 10 years ago when he came to my Employers business to fix our network computers, I was so impressed with the speed and accuracy and the confidence in which he works with I had to get his phone number for the future. Well a few months later I had mike build a computer from scratch for me and I never had one problem in six years of using it, except for a virus that I picked up from an ill advised email that I should have never opened. I called mike and he came over the same day as I was selling my motorcycle on ebay and needed it fixed ASAP. Mike told me right up front what it would take to bring it back to snuff. Since then I have had mike fix several friends and two of my Sisters computers who both live in Chicago thru mikes online repair site. I couldn't believe it. he fixed both of them from 2500 miles away, needless to say my sisters were very pleased and will be a member forever. Mike has become a great friend and I will always use him for any computer needs I might have and I will be sure to pass his number to all my friends. Believe me you will never find a better, nicer, fairer, computer technician then the BYEMASTER. Oh!
